Our baby boy, Jackson, made his entry to the world 4 weeks ago! (36+5 weeks gestation) From waking up to broken membranes at 3am, actively labouring from about 9:30am, he was born just before midday! Weighed in at nearly 3.3kg, so still a great size for his age 😊
Although we hadn’t had time to fully refresh ourselves on everything Calmbirth (thinking we still had 3 weeks to go!), it all came in so helpful. I felt in control and calm and was able to just go with what my body was doing. The breathing was sooooo helpful.
