Hayden and I attended Katrina’s Calmbirth course. We found it so insightful and reassuring. I was planning to attempt a VBAC and had a real fear my body would not let me birth a baby. Katrina’s course made a huge difference to my confidence and self-belief.
I went into labour spontaneously and had an unmedicated VBAC after about 11hrs of active labour. I believe Katrina was there at one point, but it was all a blur to me!
Our little girl Sienna is a joy, and I feel the birth was such a healing experience for me. Thank you, Katrina, for helping us to achieve this huge feat and making it all seem possible. We have recommended the Calmbirth course to everyone we have met since.
