Founder of P4 Pregnancy
With 40 years of experience as a Nurse and Midwife, I have learned to appreciate a balanced approach to birth that incorporates both medical and alternative practices.
My perspective has evolved over my career leading me to share my experience, knowledge and skills to promote a more positive view of birth.
If you are seeking education, or physical balance leading up to your special day and beyond then my hope is you will find what you need here.
