what is p4 pregnancy?

The bringing together of skills from years of experience and learning, focused on all aspects of pregnancy and birth preparation.

It considers all the P’s:

Psyche (the woman's mental state and support)

Pelvis at peace (creating space along the path)

Positioning (optimal for birth – mother and baby)

Power (uterus)

Founder of P4 Pregnancy

With 40 years of experience as a Nurse and Midwife, I have learned to appreciate a balanced approach to birth that incorporates both medical and alternative practices.

My perspective has evolved over my career leading me to share my experience, knowledge and skills to promote a more positive view of birth.

If you are seeking education, or physical balance leading up to your special day and beyond then my hope is you will find what you need here.
